IHR provides a simple, step-by-step process to join us as a potential candidate for our roster of career opportunities. Here is how to get started:
1. Submit Your Resume
You can upload your resume into our applicant tracking system and build a personal profile. Your information is strictly confidential and will never be made available to any one without your prior permission.
2. Candidate Review
During the review process we review your resume to get acquainted with you and your areas of expertise. If we find a possible fit — whether immediately or at some future time — we will contact you directly to discuss that position and proceed accordingly.
3. Position Postings
Be sure to regularly check our online Postings Board to access opportunities related to your career path. If you find one, just log in to your profile and apply directly for that opening. When we get your inquiry through our system, you will receive an acknowledgment via phone or email as well as relevant updates, when appropriate.
4. Opportunity Screenings
As a potential candidate for a position, you will be sent a pre-interview questionnaire to complete. This gives us a chance to learn more about your experience, achievements and career goals as they apply to the available opportunity. After your questionnaire and references have been reviewed, you will be contacted so we can schedule your initial Screening Interview.
The screening interview process is of great value to us as well as you. It will determine whether you’ve been chosen to be added to our client recommendation list. If so, we will discuss with you details about the position and its requirements. If you haven’t qualified as a match, we will candidly tell you why. You will discover that insights revealed through the screening process can be a useful tool for future interviews.
5. Client Showcase
Before a candidate’s interview with a prospective client, IHR prepares a comprehensive overview of your qualifications. In addition to your resume and completed questionnaire, we also submit a personal introduction and professional recommendation.
6. Interview Support
Before your client interview, IHR will provide a preparation session with you. We answer your questions, stress significant details and walk you through the interview process.
